Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. We utilize the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
Residents of Alaska and Hawaii can purchase our products but will need to pay the shipping. We utilize USPS for these shipments as well and the delivery times will be adjusted accordingly.
We currently do not offer our products internationally.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will typically be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will typically be processed and shipped by the following Monday. Holidays when the USPS is not open will affect these shipping times accordingly.
Yellowhammer Adventures Warranty
We are very confident you will like our products. In fact, we are so confident in our products that we will stand behind them forever.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, if you wear a hole in your socks, or you find a manufacturers defect in your socks, contact us and we will replace the socks at no charge to you.
Our guarantee does not apply to product that was improperly cared for during washing, drying, cleaning, or any other misuse.
Our guarantee only applies to the original purchaser. It does not apply to product purchased through secondary markets such as garage sales, flea markets, thrift stores, etc.
Do not return socks without prior approval from Yellowhammer Adventures customer service.
Contact us at chuckj@yellowhammeradventures.com, let us know what is wrong with the socks and if qualified, we will get you a new pair.
