Do you or anyone you know suffer from sweaty feet? Foot odor? Drawer full of socks with holes? We can help. We created a sock using both natural Merino Wool and synthetic fibers that come together to give you a soft, comfortable, moisture wicking, sock that helps control awful foot odor.

There are many materials we could have chosen for our socks. Cotton, wool, nylon, polypropylene, polyester, and silk to name a few. All these materials have their advantages and disadvantages to consider when trying to construct a high-quality performance sock.

It takes a combination of materials that work together to give you the performance you need while enjoying your adventures or simply working a long hard day. We chose a combination of Merino wool, polypropylene (olefin), Nylon, and Spandex. Each of these materials brings something to the table that enhances the socks performance and sets us apart from our competition.

We chose natural Merino wool to lead this lineup for several reasons. It adds natural moisture wicking and odor control properties to the performance of our sock and also naturally regulates the temperature of your skin. Merino wool is also soft to the touch, unlike sheep’s wool which can be itchy and scratchy. We talk more about the benefits of our Merino wool here.

Polypropylene was added to aid in the durability and moisture wicking properties of our socks. In fact, polypropylene is one of the best materials for wicking moisture away from your skin. It is also a strong and lightweight fiber. The polypropylene will dry very quickly and is very comfortable against your skin creating a very luxurious feel.

The Nylon was added to further strengthen the sock. It also has better abrasion resistance than other synthetics helping to add durability to your socks. Nylon also aids in moisture wicking and dries quickly when wet.

Lastly, a small amount of Spandex was added to give the sock elasticity. The last thing anyone wants is to wear a sock that won’t stay put. Saggy socks are extremely annoying. The Spandex gives it just the right amount of stretch while not constricting your foot while providing a great fit around your arch.
